WiredScore, the organisation behind Wired Certification (the internationally recognised, digital connectivity rating system for real estate) recently announced that 801 Brickell has recently achieved Wired Certified Gold status. There are over 2,000 Wired Certified buildings globally, four of which are on Brickell. Stephen Rutchik, and Tom Farmer of Colliers International Florida are the leasing agents for the building.

Spaces is making moves in South Florida.

The co-working operator, which is owned by Regus’ parent company IWG, signed a lease at 801 Brickell Avenue, a 28-story office building. Spaces will have a total of 49,000 square feet.
